Continent Planning & Ops Lead, Continent Europe (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Be responsible for planning and operation of stock balance actions
• Own the budget moves and forecast process
• Ensure involvement from logistics
• Steer digital fulfillment parameters to meet the demand plan
• Follow-up on operational standards across Planning Markets
• Standardize processes across Planning Markets for allocation and replenishment strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain operations
• Strong understanding of Logistics, incl warehouse operations, order fulfilment flows, and transport
• Proven experience analysing fulfilment KPIs and translating data into operational improvements
• Structured and hands-on, with a strong problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working across markets and functions in a complex environment
