Contingent Workforce Program Lead

📋 Description

• Work cross-functionally to support day-to-day operations of the contingent workforce program
• Help manage the MSP and VMS teams including process, supplier management and automation
• Identify areas of risk proactively and partner with cross-functional teams to drive solutions to
• Identify operational opportunities and help improve existing or develop new processes
• Consult with business leaders to better understand their workforce needs and advise on the
• Establish and develop relationships with all key stakeholders: suppliers, internal customers

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years work experience in project management, managing complex and business critical projects
• Comprehensive understanding of contingent workforce guidelines and best practices, as well as
• Experience documenting processes and creating step-by-step guides or SOPs, with the ability to
• Experience working in any Vendor Management System (VMS)
• Self-directed, detailed oriented problem solver with demonstrated experience in developing and
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
