📋 Description

• Manage staffing requests across various positions, consulting with hiring managers to understand
• Conduct intake and consultation calls, define candidate requirements, and communicate relevant
• Monitor requisitions throughout the recruitment lifecycle, track progress, follow up on outstanding
• Coordinate interviews, support candidate selection, negotiate competitive bill rates, and ensure
• Support financial and administrative processes, including timecard and expense management
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs), identify service

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in recruitment, staffing, temporary workforce
• Previous recruitment experience or equivalent exposure to contingent labor programs, managed
• Strong understanding of MSP operations, including client consultation, supplier management, service
• Hands-on experience with Beeline, particularly administrative configuration, distribution lists
• Ability to manage KPIs and SLAs, analyze performance data, identify root causes, ensure reporting
• Experience resolving invoice discrepancies, understanding rejection reasons, and coordinating
