📋 Description

• Lead continuous improvement projects in logistics and distribution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to launch initiatives, focusing on West Coast fulfillment.
• Support start-up, validation, and sustainment of software and systems.
• Develop process designs, project plans, and data analyses to drive improvements.
• Coach operations leadership and field teams in lean practices.
• Document best practices and enable data-driven decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in manufacturing, warehouse, or delivery ops.
• Bachelor's degree in industrial/manufacturing/mechanical eng or PM.
• Lean manufacturing principles knowledge.
• Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma preferred; provide examples of lean tools.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Ops, HR, Supply, Innovation, C Care, Marketing.
• Independently with changing priorities.
