Continuous Improvement Engineer - Intern

📋 Description

• Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify patterns, constraints, and improvement
• Analyze and document existing processes to detect inefficiencies and areas for optimization
• Contribute to structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as root cause analysis
• Develop and maintain project-related documentation including process maps, SOPs, and training
• Share progress updates, insights, and recommendations clearly with team members and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, or related
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential)
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
