Contract Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Analyze complex business processes and translate energy market needs into specs and plans.
• Work with PMs, engineers, suppliers, and SMEs to define requirements and support implementation.
• Create detailed documentation including UAC, data mappings, system integrations, and process flows.
• Support large-scale transformation by modernizing legacy processes and migrating to new platforms.
• Coordinate business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Support data migration activities and help prepare systems for implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven BA experience in complex tech, transformation or digital delivery projects.
• Analyze and document business processes, technical requirements, data flows, and integrations.
• Experience writing clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Background supporting large-scale system transformation or data migration programs under tight timelines.
• Understanding of the UK energy market is desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; translate tech concepts to business language.
