🎯 Requirements

• Proven BA experience in complex technology, transformation, or digital delivery.
• Ability to analyze and document processes, data flows, and system integrations.
• Experience writing specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with large-scale system transformation or data migration.
• Understanding of the UK energy market is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills; translate tech concepts into business language.
