• Ability to analyze and document business processes, data flows, and integrations.
• Experience writing clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with large-scale transformation or data migration programs under tight timelines.
• Understanding of the UK energy market is desirable.
• Strong communication and ability to translate tech to business language.
