🎯 Requirements

• Proven BA experience on complex technology, transformation, or digital delivery projects.
• Analyze and document processes, data flows, requirements, and integrations.
• Experience writing specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Background supporting large-scale system transformation or data migration under tight timelines.
• UK energy market knowledge is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and ability to translate technical concepts for business.
