📋 Description

  • Track record hiring across Ops, Finance, Legal, People, Strategy.
  • Strong sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, and networking.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
  • Data-driven recruiting with ATS and reporting tools.
  • Strong closing skills and complex offer negotiations.
