Provide market insights and data to inform hiring decisions.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of recruiting, incl 3+ yrs in business/G&A in tech.
Track record hiring across Ops, Finance, Legal, People, Strategy.
Strong sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, and networking.
Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
Data-driven recruiting with ATS and reporting tools.
Strong closing skills and complex offer negotiations.
