📋 Description

• Execute full-cycle clinical recruiting for licensed mental health professionals.
• Build robust candidate pipelines using healthcare job boards and licensing databases.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and ideal profiles for each role.
• Conduct license verification and clinical experience evaluations.
• Track recruiting metrics like time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and retention.
• Stay current on licensing requirements and credentialing across multiple states.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-cycle clinical recruiting for licensed mental health pros.
• 1+ year startup experience in fast-paced environments.
• Deep understanding of clinical licenses (LCSW, LSW, LPC, LMFT, PMHNP, etc.).
• Proven sourcing via healthcare channels and professional networks.
• Experience conducting behavioral interviews and assessing clinical competencies.
• Proficiency with ATS systems; Greenhouse and Rippling preferred.
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple candidate pipelines.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with clinical professionals.
