  • Experience conducting behavioral interviews and assessing clinical competencies.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems; Greenhouse and Rippling preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills; manage multiple candidate pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building with clinical professionals.
