📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment for specialized clinicians, from passive sourcing and screening to offer
• Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using healthcare job boards, specialized professional
• Collaborate closely with clinical leaders in Specialty Services to understand role requirements
• Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pass-through rates, channel yield) in Greenhouse and
• Deliver a transparent, human-centered candidate journey that reflects Blackbird’s mission and values

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience sourcing licensed clinicians, with dedicated
• 1+ years of experience in a startup or fast-scaled environment
• Proven track record utilizing niche healthcare sourcing channels, state licensing databases, and
• Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM systems (Greenhouse and Gem preferred)
