📋 Description

• Write, review, and edit a broad range of practical legal resources, including practice notes
• Maintain the accuracy, currency, relevance, and practical value of all legal content, ensuring

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. or LL.B. degree and active membership in good standing with the bar of at least one Canadian
• 3+ years of professional legal experience in Capital Markets, Securities, Public M&A, or
• Deep practical knowledge of Capital Markets, Securities, and Public M&A law, including a strong
• Established professional relationships and a strong network among Capital Markets, Securities
• Excellent legal writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts
• Experience drafting or editing client-facing materials, legal publications, law journal content
