📋 Description

• Grow DACH MQL volume: hit regional lead targets by activating and scaling the right mix of paid and
• Build and run paid media campaigns: own Google Ads and paid social (LinkedIn, Meta) for DACH
• Establish Canto's organic visibility in the region: improve SEO and GEO rankings for key DACH
• Move pipeline, not just leads: produce or localize content that takes prospects from awareness to
• Own the DACH demand gen number: work closely with Sales and SDRs to make sure MQLs are qualified

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience running paid search and paid social campaigns independently. You know Google
• A track record of hitting demand gen targets. You've owned an MQL or pipeline number before and you
• Real DACH market experience. You understand German-speaking buyers, know the landscape, and have
• B2B SaaS or tech marketing background. You understand complex buying cycles, longer sales
• German and English fluency, written and spoken. You can work comfortably in both
• SEO and/or GEO experience. You've worked on organic search strategy before, and you're curious
