Contract Due Diligence Compliance Analyst

📋 Description

• Review loan packages, underwriting guidelines, or data files to identify documentation necessary
• Capture required information from documentation, including bookmarking relevant pages
• Audit loans to determine salability or conduct final review for accuracy and completeness
• Identify and document discrepancies during audit, tracking document issues
• Enter data and fees from LEs, CDs, and COCs into system of record and run analysis
• Ensure exceptions are captured for incorrect/missing documentation, data errors, and errors on

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Quality Control/Due Diligence/Secondary Market (required)
• Fraud investigative review experience within banking or lending (preferred)
• Knowledge of principles and compliance regulations/documentation applicable to mortgage lending
• Mavent and Lauramac experience
• Ability to meet production quality and service standards
• High technical aptitude with Slack, Zoom, GSuite, and Microsoft Office
