📋 Description

• Oversee the management and execution of full-life cycle executive searches by developing the
• Calibrating candidates with hiring managers
• Developing those prospects into candidates, engaging them and performing initial assessment (Pitch
• Participating in client update meetings on active searches and preparing reports
• Conducting on-site interviews and participating in debriefs; performing reference checks and
• Support the Senior Director, Executive Recruiting on searches

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience within Executive Recruiting
• 3+ years of leading VP+ level searches
• 1+ years of project management experience; the ability to follow-through on individual and
• 1+ years experience building, and executing, strategies for staffing projects.
• 1+ years of experience pulling insights from data, and utilizing insights to advise hiring leaders
