📋 Description

• Take ownership of assigned recruitment searches following client engagement confirmation, ensuring
• Lead recruitment intake discussions to clarify role requirements, business context, essential and

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with direct responsibility for searches
• Experience recruiting across multiple professional specialties, business functions, or seniority
• Hands-on experience with multiple applicant tracking systems (ATS), with the ability to learn new
• Demonstrated ability to use an ATS to manage requisitions, candidate stages, screening notes
• Practical experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, or comparable professional
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage concurrent searches
