📋 Description

• Partner with GTM leaders to understand goals and hiring priorities.
• Advise leaders on roles, teams, and hiring decisions.
• Own end-to-end recruiting from kickoff to close.
• Build talent strategies for high-impact GTM searches.
• Identify and close top talent via outreach and referrals.
• Maintain high hiring bar; advise on talent assessment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting in high-growth tech.
• Experience hiring GTM talent across Sales, Field Eng, Solutions Eng, CS, Partnerships, Rev Ops.
• Strategic partner to executives and hiring managers.
• Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills.
• Exceptional assessment and judgment on talent.
• Excellent communication and influence with senior stakeholders.
