📋 Description

• Manage and support civil litigation matters involving complex commercial disputes, liability
• Draft high-quality legal documents, including dispositive motions, substantive motions, pretrial
• Prepare meet-and-confer correspondence, assess opposing arguments, and develop effective litigation
• Conduct legal research and analysis to evaluate claims, identify relevant legal issues, and support
• Work directly with an experienced legal partner to coordinate case priorities, develop arguments
• Manage assigned matters with a high degree of independence, accountability, and sound professional

🎯 Requirements

• Active license to practice law in California and current residence within California.
• At least seven years of civil litigation experience, ideally involving complex commercial
• Strong legal research, analytical reasoning, and writing skills, with demonstrated experience
• Experience preparing motions to compel, meet-and-confer correspondence, and other documents used in
