Contract Management Analyst

📋 Description

• Support Deal Desk contract review and downstream operational readiness.
• Validate contract data against Salesforce, CPQ, and opportunity details before billing and
• Review customer contracts, order forms, renewals, growth/upsell, and cancellations; ensure accuracy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Billing, Customer Success, and Provisioning
• Track, assign, and update contract review requests via Deal Desk workflows and CRM reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Deal Desk, contract review, sales operations, revenue operations, order
• Experience with Salesforce, CRM tools, CPQ systems, contract review workflows, or related business
• Strong understanding of contract terms, quotes, opportunities, renewals, cancellations, and
• Excellent attention to detail; ability to validate data across contracts and CRM records.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience using AI tools to support documentation, analysis, or process improvement is a plus.
