Contract Manager – OFCI Procurement (Data Centers)

📋 Description

• Develop commercial and contractual strategies for OFCI equipment packages
• Lead negotiations with equipment suppliers and manufacturers
• Draft, review, and finalize supply agreements, purchase orders, and contract amendments
• Establish clear risk allocation for delivery, performance, price escalation, and force majeure
• Align contract structures with project cash flow and financing requirements
• Negotiate pricing models, payment milestones, retention arrangements, and security instruments

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in contract or commercial management on capital projects
• Strong experience negotiating supplier agreements and managing contracts throughout their lifecycle
• A proven track record managing high-value, long-lead equipment contracts
• Experience working on data center or other mission-critical infrastructure projects
• Practical experience with NetSuite and procurement workflow tools, including purchase requisition
