Contract Manager - T3G

📋 Description

• Primary contact for all contract matters on assigned contracts.
• Manage post‑award kickoff through performance monitoring and closeout.
• Ensure FAR/DFARS compliance and contract terms.
• Draft/negotiate contract modifications, REAs, UCAs.
• Monitor funding levels and burn rates; preempt Anti‑Deficiency exposure.
• Maintain auditable contract files and support audits.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of FAR and DFARS clauses in contracts.
• Interpret complex terms and advise teams in fast-paced env.
• Experience with CPFF, CPAF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ, BPA/task orders.
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint, JAMIS, SharePoint, and WAWF.
• Read funding docs and forms (SF-30, SF-1034, SF-294/295).
• Familiarity with DCAA, ICS, CPSR; DoD OM&S/C4I contracts.
