Contract Manufacturing Manager, Supplements

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day execution across the supplement co-manufacturing network.
• Serve as the face of JuneShine to co-manufacturers.
• Lead production calls and manage performance with partners.
• Convert demand forecasts into executable production schedules.
• Oversee raw materials, packaging, and inventory with ERP systems.
• Ensure cGMP compliance and regulatory alignment across partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years in contract/manufacturing management in dietary supplements.
• Hands-on across powders, gummies, stikpaks, and nutraceuticals.
• Proven track record managing a portfolio of co-manufacturing partners and SLAs.
• Strong knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 111, cGMP, NSF/USP.
• ERP/production systems experience (Ekos preferred).
• Willing to travel 35-50% for audits, onboarding, and launches.
