Serve as primary operational HR contact for assigned client groups
Manage employee inquiries across People channels; route to the appropriate Partner
Run end-to-end employee lifecycle processes with cross-functional partners
Maintain HRIS data for assigned groups; validate downstream impacts
Support rollout of People programs; prepare employee-facing documentation
Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance

🎯 Requirements

2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
Hands-on HRIS experience (HiBob/BambooHR); data entry, reporting, system navigation
Experience working for technology companies in a fully remote, global environment
Strong attention to detail and a track record of maintaining accurate employee records
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Clear, professional communication skills — both written and verbal
