📋 Description

• Handle all contractual matters from opportunities to close-out
• Manage variation orders, time impact analysis, claims and litigations
• Review contract terms and conditions and prepare/ negotiate agreements
• Assist project team with contract procedures, templates and documentation
• Support subcontract negotiation and contract changes
• Develop and report on contract management strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related
• Site experience in the construction sector
• Fluent in French; strong English communication; Dutch appreciated
• Collaborative with strong communication, negotiation and business development skills
• Positive, focused, rigorous and detail-oriented with analytical skills
