📋 Description

• Responsible for contractual matters across project life cycle
• Manage variation orders, time impact analyses, claims, litigations
• Review contract Terms and Conditions
• Prepare agreements, NDAs, and required contractual documents
• Negotiate and finalize project agreements with legal support
• Support contract procedures, templates, and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related
• On-site construction experience
• Fluent in French; English communication; Dutch helpful
• Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills
• Positive, focused, rigorous, detail-oriented with analytical skills
