Contract Recruiter (6 months)

📋 Description

• Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative outbound tactics
• Conduct initial phone and video screens to assess candidate interest, communication quality
• Maintain a healthy, organized pipeline on Ashby, keeping candidate records, outreach status, and
• Coordinate interview scheduling during hiring drives, managing candidate and interviewer calendars
• Draft and send personalized outreach messages to passive candidates that reflect OpenGov's mission
• Collaborate daily with the Recruiter, sharing pipeline updates, flagging blockers, and aligning on

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of sourcing or talent acquisition experience in a SaaS, technology, or staffing
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage candidates for GTM functions such as Sales (SDRs) or
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one ATS platform for pipeline tracking and
• Strong written communication skills — able to craft outreach that gets responses and represents the
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage candidate pipelines and interview
• Comfortable using AI-native tools to accelerate workflows and improve efficiency
