🎯 Requirements

3+ years recruiting in Biopharma across multiple functions.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5-7 years talent acquisition experience.
Experience supporting clinical research, commercial and business functions is a plus.
Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical drug discovery lifecycle is a plus.
Excellent communication and ability to influence across levels.
Experience using ATS; Workday is a plus.
