🎯 Requirements

3+ years full lifecycle recruiting; at least 1 year technical recruiting
Sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM/ATS, and market research
Excellent verbal and written communication
Tech and market acumen; translate insights into strategy
Partner with managers and senior stakeholders across multiple searches
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
