📋 Description

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles across US and Canada
• Own the candidate journey from first touch to close, sourcing via job boards, outbound, social, and
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring strategy
• Provide market insight, funnel recommendations, and calibration support
• Ensure every candidate leaves the process respected and well-informed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment; 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup
• Experience recruiting GTM roles in a B2B SaaS company
• Hands-on recruiting across North America with market nuance understanding
• Bias for action; ability to manage multiple open roles and close candidates
• Data-driven recruiting; comfortable with ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reports
• Strong communication; ability to build relationships across the organization
