📋 Description

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Commercial Sales and/or Customer Success positions
• Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, HR partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to
• Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates
• Identify, screen, evaluate, and present qualified candidates while ensuring a positive
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers by sharing labor market insights, recommending
• Expand talent networks through direct sourcing, employee referrals, industry relationships

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including substantial experience recruiting
• Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruitment across multiple locations and handling
• Strong sourcing expertise, with the ability to identify, engage, and assess both active and passive
• Proven ability to recruit and communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders at different
• Experience working consultatively with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce
• Solid knowledge of structured, behavioral, and competency-based interviewing techniques, along with
