Contract Recruiter (Europe)

📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Plaid's European business teams, including Sales, Growth, Marketing
• Partner closely with hiring managers in Europe and the US to scale teams in the region.
• Work with our existing team to build localized processes and implement best practices for hiring
• Act as a talent consultant to hiring managers, advising on market conditions, hiring strategy, and
• Help us improve and scale a clear, respectful, and inclusive candidate experience for people from
• Use data to identify gaps in the funnel and recommend improvements, including which candidate

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
• Experience in a fast-growing, changing environment, ideally building or improving recruiting
• A candidate-first approach that balances speed, quality, and experience.
• Clear, effective communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ownership, discretion with confidential information, and attention to detail.
• Experience hiring across multiple European markets (nice to have).
