• Own full-cycle recruiting across open go-to-market requisitions, spanning SDR through Sales Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including substantive go-to-market hiring across
• Fluent English is required. Our hiring managers and leadership team operate in English, and you
• Fluent Spanish required; Portuguese is a significant advantage given the markets these roles cover.
• Based in Colombia.
• Demonstrated sourcing capability across Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks and
• Prior contract or agency experience is preferred, particularly a track record of joining active
