🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including substantive go-to-market hiring across
• Fluent English is required. Our hiring managers and leadership team operate in English, and you
• Fluent Portuguese required; Spanish is a significant advantage given the markets these roles cover.

• Demonstrated sourcing capability across Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks and
