📋 Description

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for open go-to-market positions, including SDR, sales, Sales
• Develop and execute proactive outbound sourcing strategies using multiple channels, with a
• Partner closely with sales leadership and the GTM recruiting team to calibrate roles, understand
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines while ensuring that sourcing activity and recruiting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline information in the applicant tracking system, providing
• Deliver a consistent, professional candidate experience through timely communication, thoughtful

🎯 Requirements

• Bring 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including substantial experience hiring for
• Have fluent English proficiency, with the ability to communicate confidently with hiring managers
• Have fluent Spanish proficiency, with Portuguese considered a significant advantage for supporting
• Be based in Colombia and comfortable working remotely in a full-time capacity.
• Demonstrate strong sourcing expertise across Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks
• Bring prior contract or agency recruiting experience, ideally with a proven ability to join active
