• Run full recruitment lifecycle for GTM and Engineering roles
• Source and attract top talent across the US, UK, and Canada
• Manage candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain talent pipelines without relying on agencies
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously and move quickly

🎯 Requirements

• Strong in-house recruiting experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS / technology business
• Proven experience recruiting across both GTM and technical/Engineering roles
• Strong Marketing recruiting experience, ideally across a range of disciplines and levels
• Experience hiring across multiple geographies, ideally including the US, UK and Canada
• Confidence running the full recruitment lifecycle: intake and calibration, sourcing, candidate
• The ability to work independently, move quickly and manage multiple searches at once
