Contract Recruiter (Project-Based)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment for the project’s open roles, from intake through sourcing, screening
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand role requirements and
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across the globe.
• Conduct market analysis and share insights on talent pools, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align on hiring needs, headcount, and

🎯 Requirements

• A valid UAE work visa that permits you to work on a freelance or contract basis. Candidates must
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally with a track record of delivering results in
• Proven experience managing high-volume or multi-role hiring projects to tight deadlines.
• Confidence working autonomously and taking accountability for outcome, but also working together
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise
