Contract Renewal Specialist

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Accounting to close renewals and expansions.
• Review renewal data and history to confirm options.
• Identify upcoming renewals early to ensure on-time renewal.
• Educate customers on subscription options based on goals.
• Prepare renewal quotes and documents per Sonatype policies.
• Aim to make customers successful and delighted.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in high-volume environment with multiple priorities.
• Ability to discuss contract compliance, expansions, and pricing.
• Extreme attention to detail for accurate, on-time paperwork.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems.
• Will need to work odd hours for global support.
• Advanced professional English proficiency required.
