Leverage sourcing channels to attract candidates and maintain a diverse pipeline.
Conduct behavioral phone interviews to assess fit and BeiGene's core values.
Manage candidates from outreach to interview and handoff to the Recruiter.
Build diverse talent pipelines for critical skills with a DEI lens.
Provide a stellar candidate experience to all candidates.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in sourcing/recruiting in life sciences, biotech or pharma.
Experience building diverse pipelines.
Passive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and social networks.
Able to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and work autonomously.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; science background preferred.
Certification from sourcing training org (AIRS, SourceCon, CPSP).
