• 6-8+ years post-law school corporate/transactional experience; independently negotiating pre-M&A contracts.
• Experience with financial services; asset managers/investment banks.
• Law degree; licensed to practice in the Americas (US/Canada).
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with legal tech/AI tools (e.g., HighQ).
• Self-starter; thrives in fast-paced env; owns their work.
