• Negotiate and manage high volumes of pre-M&A contracts – including NDAs, confidentiality
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building trusted advisor relationships with

🎯 Requirements

• Commercially minded and client-focused. You communicate legal advice crisply and concisely
• Experienced in transactional law. You have 7-8+ years of post law school corporate or transactional
• Familiar with financial services. You have experience working with asset managers, investment
• Law Degree and licensed to practice. You are licensed to practice law in the Americas (US/Canada).
• Tech-savvy and adaptable. You are comfortable working with and evolving a legal technology suite
• A self-starter who owns their work. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize effectively
