Contract Sourcer (GTM)

📋 Description

• Identify and research potential candidates for Business and GTM roles using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Write personalized outreach and follow up with candidates by email and InMail
• Partner with recruiters to build and maintain talent pipelines and keep candidates moving through
• Conduct initial candidate screens to assess qualifications, relevant experience, and alignment with
• Share market insights and candidate feedback with recruiters and hiring managers
• Support the recruiting team with projects, such as testing new outreach approaches and tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience sourcing for business or GTM roles, recruiting coordination, or related
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and an applicant tracking system
• Strong written communication skills and a knack for personalized outreach
• Organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage many candidates at once
• Comfort with fast-moving priorities and a willingness to learn quickly
• Discretion in handling confidential candidate and company information
