Contract Specialist

📋 Description

• Review, draft, and negotiate cloud, software, and procurement agreements
• Review, draft and negotiate statements of work
• Respond to contract requests promptly; provide customer-focused support
• Collaborate with Esri business teams to align terms with objectives
• Anticipate and guard against contractual risks; propose mitigations
• Identify opportunities to streamline negotiations and educate stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years negotiating and drafting agreements
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Detail oriented; analytical and quick learner
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced team
• Diligent with sound business judgment and strategic thinking
• Manage a large volume of agreements in a timely manner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Apttus/Conga or Salesforce
• Bachelor's in business/contracts/legal studies; US work authorization; no visa sponsorship
