Maintain and improve standardized PSS MSA drafts and accompanying documents such as PA, SOW to
Design program to ensure visible tracking of current MSA and agreed upon terms and make
Collaborate and ensure alignment with any global MSAs
Draft, review and negotiate multiple types of contract agreements (including both client and vendor
Review draft contract agreements against internal policy for deviations and document any variance
Liaison with external counsel when required for additional review

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
Paralegal degree or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum 3+ years related experience
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
