Contract Specialist

📋 Description

• Drafts, reviews, and negotiates contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Ensures contracts are clear, comprehensive, and aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitors compliance with contract terms and applicable laws and regulations.
• Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies.
• Works closely with legal, finance, procurement, and operations teams to facilitate contract
• Provides expert guidance on contract-related inquiries and issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in contract management or a similar role
• Law degree from a recognized Indian university or equivalent
• Strong understanding of software and technology contracting and negotiating customer contracts
• In-depth knowledge of contract law and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in contract management software (e.g., IronClad, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
