• Lead full-cycle GTM recruiting as an independent contractor.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting.
• Track record of independently running searches with minimal onboarding.
• Established personal sourcing network and tools.
• Experience as independent recruiter across multiple concurrent clients.
• Comfortable with defined milestones, not ongoing supervision.
• SaaS or high-growth tech recruiting; familiarity with Greenhouse.
