Contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer, Sales (AMER)

📋 Description

• Source and engage passive candidates for sales roles across the AMER region, primarily for Account
• Build representative candidate pipelines with meaningful focus on identifying talent from a wide
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, business priorities
• Map talent markets and gather intelligence on competitors, locations, and candidate pools to inform
• Assess candidate alignment for specific roles, teams, and GitLab's values, and share clear
• Screen and qualify candidates, building and maintaining talent benches across multiple countries in

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in recruiting and/or sourcing, including direct experience sourcing passive
• Experience sourcing for Account Executive and other sales roles, ideally within the software
• Strong research skills and the ability to identify, map, and engage talent across competitive
• Experience working directly with recruiters and hiring managers to align on hiring needs and adjust
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust across teams
• Strong organization skills and comfort managing multiple searches, deadlines, and competing
