3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in high-growth, tech-enabled environments
Ability to learn new domains quickly and deliver value
Strategic partner to stakeholders, maintaining progress in ambiguity
Break down complex searches into clear plans; diagnose challenges, propose solutions
Manage multiple workstreams with structure and attention to detail
