Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing to offer (6-month contract).
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills and fit.
Build strong relationships with candidates for a positive experience.
Provide clear, timely communication throughout the recruiting process.
Partner with hiring managers to align on talent needs and strategy.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
Experience managing requisitions across Tech, Engineering, Product, Data
Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
Onsite in office 3 days per week
