Contract Technical Recruiter

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (sourcing to offer)
• Develop sourcing strategies via job boards, social, networking
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills and fit
• Use assessment tools to evaluate qualifications
• Build strong relationships with candidates for a positive experience
• Provide clear, timely communication throughout the process
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide guidance
• Develop recruitment strategies for specific technical roles
• Know the market and build technical talent networks
• Identify process improvements for talent acquisition
• Provide regular reports to leadership to drive decisions
• Collaborate with team to share knowledge and best practices
• Maintain up-to-date records in our ATS

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in corporate or agency
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Experience managing requisitions across Technology, Engineering, Product, Data
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers to drive process
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience managing multiple, simultaneous recruitment projects
• Experience sourcing via job boards and direct search
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work onsite 3 days a week in our office
